Feldon is currently working with TidalStream Ltd, supporting scale prototype development and testing of their innovative tidal energy support platform ‘Triton’

This is the most powerful tidal current energy generator now in development with the potential for 10MW from a single installation. It can be floated out for installation and provides safe and stable access and maintenance.

Successful testing of a six-rotor scale prototype has been carried out by Feldon at the Ifremer Test Centre, France

The test model was power generating (synchronised with the grid) and replicated all the key features and attributes of the concept.
